service representative will personally go to your practice
to pick up and drop off your cases promptly at no cost to
you. If you are not in the San Antonio area you have
nothing to worry about. We have that covered, simply call
our office for further details.
Your clients impressions are carefully checked upon
arrival to our lab. Our clients are immediately notified if
we suspect any kind of problem or have any questions
about an order.
ArtiSmile pours two models - a working model and a solid
model. This is done to help us by providing a means to
double-check your order as it goes through each process
in our lab. All work is supervised and inspected by Mr.
John Kim,CDT/Owner and Master Technician. Our
modern facility control system ensures the finest
workmanship possible. When the process is completed,
your order is swiftly delivered to you.

Our workmanship is guaranteed!
Any product with a flaw in our workmanship will be
replaced at NO CHARGE. Your satisfaction as well as
your clients satisfaction is guaranteed. The case will be
remade or refunded when the original case and
prescription sheet are returned.
